Privacy

Harbor uses lightweight first-party analytics to understand usage and improve the experience.

What Harbor Collects

Harbor records anonymous session details such as the time a session starts, selected mode, environment, voice, session length, completion status, and optional feedback. Harbor also uses a first-party anonymous visitor cookie to recognize repeat visits.

IP And Device Signals

IP addresses and user agents are hashed on the server before being stored. Harbor also stores a coarse IP group, such as a local network or regional prefix, to help understand repeat usage without keeping raw IP addresses in the analytics log.

Feedback

Feedback is optional. If you include an email address, it is stored with your suggestion so a response is possible. Feedback may be connected to the anonymous session settings active when it was submitted.

Data Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of feedback or anonymous usage records by sending a note through the Feedback button. Include the email address you used in feedback, if any, and any details that can help identify the session you want removed.
